Our Bariatric Surgery Support Group meets on Mondays evenings from 5 to 6 pm in the third floor conference room at the Pioneer Medical Center. The conference room is right across from the elevators on the same floor as our medical office suite. Support group is for anyone who has had a bariatric surgical procedure or who is contemplating a procedure. It is important for people to know that they are not alone and that there are many resources available. The group sessions are conducted by Katherine Kelly, MEd. Katherine splits her professional time between private counselling and lecturing/teaching groups. Katherine has improved her life in many ways by having Roux-en-Y Gastric Bypass.
